I stepped into this profession driven by the desire to freeze moments as they unfold—a shared laugh with a loved one, a heart-stopping sunset, a stolen kiss, the tear-filled embrace of a parent, or a serendipitous moment that becomes a cherished memory. As a photographer, my passion for this business is fueled by the profound belief that life's beauty lies in the seemingly ordinary moments we often don’t realize are precious until they’ve passed. By capturing these moments, I ensure they never have to fade away. Weddings
It all begins with an immersive onboarding experience, where you receive tailored guides and share your vision through an initial questionnaire. As we approach the big day, our collaborative efforts take off with a scheduled virtual meeting to ensure every detail aligns perfectly with your vision. This all culminates on the wedding day or wedding weekend, where I'll be dedicated to preserving your most cherished moments. Within days, you'll receive a sneak peek gallery, followed by the grand reveal of the final results– a testament to the beauty of creativity, shared visions, and love of a lifetime.

Wedding Questionnaires
You can expect to receive a total of two questionnaires. The initial questionnaire will be sent within one week of booking, and your final wedding questionnaire will be sent 2 months before our final meeting together.
Engagement Photos
I aim to deliver engagement photos 3 weeks after the shoot. I’ll make sure our session and my current turnaround times align with your save-the-date delivery deadline before booking to ensure they’re delivered to you in time.
Sneak Peeks
Within 3 days after your wedding, you’ll receive a sneak peek into all of the love, beauty, and magic that was captured on your day.
Gallery Delivery
Last but not least, 8 weeks after your wedding, you’ll receive the full gallery of stunning artwork that your love story created, along with options for prints and photo albums.

I’m a documentary-style photographer, which means I love focusing on natural movement, authentic moments and the true emotion unfolding. You’ll notice my signature style appearing in the way of lighting, angles, film vs. digital, motion and shadows that reveal itself in each image.

Getting In Touch
Calls & Virtual Meetings
Client calls and virtual meetings are by appointment only and can be booked upon request through this Honeybook Scheduling Link
Virtual meetings are automatically factored into the process of working together and will occur approximately 6-months and 1-month before the set date, whether that be an engagement shoot and/or wedding day shoot. If needed, I'm always happy to connect to chat things through prior; to schedule an additional meeting, please use the link above

Your Personal Project Hub
I’d like to welcome you to your personal client portal. Your Honeybook project space is the central hub where all the magic happens. From checking the status of your project to handling invoices, sending me a quick message, or scheduling a call, everything you need is right here at your fingertips. To access your client portal, simply log in to Honeybook by following the link provided in your welcome email, where you received this guide. This space is perfectly designed to streamline your experience and keep you connected through every point in our journey together.
Polcies To Note
Payments & Late Fees
At this point in the process, you’ve already paid your first payment, the non-refundable retainer. Your final payment will be due 30 days from the date of your wedding. If additional services are added, you’ll be asked to approve the changes to your contract via email, and the price of these additions will be added to your invoice and due within 15 days of receipt. Any invoice not paid in full within 7 days of receipt will be charged a $75.00 late fee and will accrue an additional fee of the unpaid invoice amount every day thereafter.
Cancellations
If, for any reason, cancellation is necessary, it must be made by email more than 30 days before your wedding date. The non-refundable retainer and all other payments made up to the date of cancellation will be kept, however, you will not be responsible for any outstanding remaining payments due. If a cancellation is made after this deadline, you will not receive any refund.
If, for any reason, a cancellation is necessary on my part due to an emergency or circumstance out of my control, I will hire a trusted associate that you will have the option to move forward with or to receive a refund, if you’d prefer
Upgrades & Additional Services
If you wish to add on any additional services such as a rehearsal dinner, welcome party, day-after session, film, additional days, or second photographers, this request must be made by email at least 30 days prior to the wedding or shoot date. If you’d like to upgrade your package as a whole, this request will also need to be made at least 30 days prior to the wedding or shoot date. For engagement session add-ons, please keep in mind that my current turnaround time is 3 weeks. Please schedule accordingly to ensure it aligns with your save-the-date delivery deadlines.
Photo Expectations & Delivery
On average, I deliver 75 photos per hour of shooting, but I’ll never hold back on sending over any extras that may be captured. Galleries are delivered through a private link that can be shared with as many friends and family members as you’d like, and are ready to print or download in high resolution.

Filling out Questionnaires
Getting a deep understanding of your unique preferences and expectations is crucial to creating the photographs you dream of. Please take the time to complete all questionnaires as thoroughly as possible, providing valuable insights that guide us in tailoring our approach to perfectly match your vision.
Scheduling Calls
Please be sure to book a time to meet approximately one month prior to your wedding day, where we’ll create a detailed plan for the upcoming event. This meeting is instrumental in ensuring that all final questions are answered and that we can collectively shape the outcome of your special day. You can easily book this meeting via this scheduling link.
Creating Family Photo Lists
If you’d like to create a specific family photo list to ensure that every important person is captured, please have this ready to go over for our final meeting. This will help us orchestrate the day efficiently, guaranteeing that your most treasured memories and guests are immortalized. However, I respectfully request that you refrain from creating any specific shot lists, as this limits my ability to create my best work. I thank you ahead of time for giving me your creative trust throughout the photoshoot process.
Acquiring Permits
Please research your selected locations and venues to determine if a permit is required, and have this obtained by the date of your wedding or photoshoot.
Certificate Of Insurance
A COI may also be required by a particular venue or location, please check to see if this will be required and let me know by our final meeting so I can have this prepared for our shoot date.
