Do Your Any Of Your Wedding Packages Include An Engagement Session?
Engagement sessions are a wonderful way to get comfortable in front of the camera and create beautiful photos for save-the-dates or wedding websites. While my wedding collections do not include them, they can be added on to any collection.
How Soon In Advance Do You Recommend Booking?
I recommend booking as soon as possible, especially if your wedding falls in the busy spring or fall seasons. My calendar often fills up 6–12 months in advance, so reach out early to secure your date.
What If Our Date Is Already Booked?
I have a trusted team of associate photographers I work with and would love to document your special day with the same care and attention to detail that I provide.
My associate photographer would be there on the day of your wedding to capture all the beautiful moments, while I will personally edit every single image to ensure it reflects my signature aesthetic. This way, you’ll still receive the same timeless, storytelling images that you fell in love with in my portfolio.
How Do We Book You, And What’s Required To Reserve Our Date?
To secure your date, I require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due a month before your wedding. Let’s schedule a consultation to get started!
Do You Travel For Weddings Or Engagement Sessions?
Absolutely! While I’m based in California, I love traveling for destination weddings. Let me know your location, and we’ll make it happen. Travel fees will apply.
What Is Your Photography Style?
My style is a blend between documentary and editorial, capturing authentic moments and emotions as they unfold while also getting your must-have shots on your special day. I favor movement over static posing and focus highly on the details and in-between moments that make each love story unique. I tell my clients to treat me more as a videographer and less of a photographer!
What Is Included In Your Wedding Packages?
All wedding packages include:
Pre-wedding consultations to discuss your vision.
Professionally edited, high-resolution images.
An online digital gallery for downloading and sharing photos.
Optional add-ons include welcome party or rehearsal dinner coverage, second shooters, albums, and prints.
How Many Photos Will We Receive?
You can expect a minimum of 50-75 images per hour of coverage. Final galleries are typically delivered within 6–8 weeks, though I provide a previews within 72 hours of your wedding.
Can We Request Specific Shots Or A Shot List?
Of course! I love working with couples to ensure your must-have moments are captured. Share your ideas or inspirations during our consultation, and I’ll incorporate them into your day while keeping things natural and seamless.
What Happens If You’re Unavailable On Our Wedding Day?
In the rare event of an emergency, I have a network of trusted professional photographers who can step in to ensure you’re taken care of.
Do You Have Insurance?
Yes, I’m fully insured. If your venue requires proof of insurance, let me know, and I’ll provide the necessary documentation.
Do You Offer Shorter Sessions Than One Hour?
If you wanting a shorter family session, such as 30 minutes, our minimum of $500.00 will apply.
Do You Have Recommendations For Other Wedding Vendors?
Absolutely! I’ve had the pleasure of working with many talented vendors and am happy to share my preferred list to help make your planning easier! My complimentary vendor guide is sent out to all clients who book with me!
What Is The Best Way To Contact You?
Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM PST - 5:00 PM PST. Email is the best way to contact me, and all inquiries are responded to within 72 hours. In the event I am out of office, inquiries will be responded to upon my return.
